About
My name is Casey Amaral and I have recently gone back to school to receive a certificate in graphic design from West Valley College. In 2017 I graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a BA in Art and a BS in Cognitive Science. While at UCSC I honed my skills as a photographer and mixed media artist. I also worked for a newspaper in Santa Cruz on the visual arts team as an editor.
Most recently, I worked in the tech industry testing software for autonomous vehicles and I am now transitioning into a career where I can let my creativity shine. I have always had a love for everything art related and I'm excited to grow as an artist in a workplace environment. As a graphic designer, I aim to create unique designs that push the limits of traditional graphic design and showcase my creativity.
